What you would do
- Develop clinical operational strategy for oncology programs
- Translate program strategy into operational execution plans
- Identify and evaluate program-level risks and mitigations
- Influence management and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Review and provide clinical operations content for documents
- Manage external budget for clinical programs
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years biotech/pharma clinical research experience
- Director or Senior Director level scope and seniority
- Strong vendor management and oversight experience
- Strong experience in oncology
- Proven ability managing multiple complex global clinical studies
- Competent in SOPs, ICH, global regulations, ethics and compliance
- Experience in study initiation through completion, phases 1-3
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Boston-based with willingness to be onsite 2 days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
