About Freedombehavioralhospitallakecharles
Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities and State Veteran Homes, with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers.
What you would do
- Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set and manage treatment plans
- Manage psychotropic medications and gradual dose reductions
- Collaborate with nursing home staff and the behavioral health team
- Participate in treatment team meetings in-person and virtually
- Deliver care in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
Must have
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oklahoma
- Psychiatric or mental health experience required
- Valid driver's license and comfortable with local travel
- Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care
Nice to have
- Experience with geriatric populations
- Spanish bilingual
