What you would do
- Assist clients with daily living activities like personal care and hygiene
- Support clients during outings and appointments with safe transfer methods
- Prepare nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs

- Implement individualized care plans including medication reminders and specialized care
- Engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and emotional well-being
Must have
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
- Ability to perform patient observation and monitor vital signs
- Ability to lift heavy objects using manual handling techniques
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays

- Additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care
- Experience with developmental disabilities or dementia support
