The role
The PRN Speech-Language Pathologist provides speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment to patients in their homes. Services are provided in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and agency policies. The role involves developing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining clinical documentation.
