What you would do
- Lead the analytics team for the Global Positioning Network program.
- Coordinate analytics activities with government stakeholders like CNA and HQMC.
- Develop and maintain authoritative data files for logistics and readiness analysis.
- Design executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
- Apply AI, machine learning, and statistical analysis to identify trends and risks.
- Establish and enforce enterprise data standards and quality control procedures.
Must have
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Eight or more years of DoD data analytics experience
- Experience supporting HQMC, Navy, Joint Staff, or Combatant Commands
- Experience leading analytics teams and coordinating projects
- Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems
- Experience developing executive dashboards and metrics
- Experience applying statistical, predictive, or AI techniques
- Experience preparing executive briefings and recommendations
- Ability to establish enterprise data standards and QA processes
- Experience coordinating with government stakeholders
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related discipline
- Experience with Marine Corps logistics modernization or GPN
- Experience with CNA, CD&I, or Navy analytics organizations
- Experience developing AI-enabled decision-support tools
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms like Fabric, Azure, or AWS
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- PMP certification
