What this role involves
This is a full-time, exempt (limited duration) position located in Siletz, Oregon, responsible for providing nutrition assessments and therapy to patients with diabetes and other nutritional-related diseases. The role involves individual nutrition plans, coordination with medical providers, group education, and serving as a nutritional resource. Requires a Certified Nutritionist license in Oregon/Washington, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NextGen EMR and working with Native American communities is preferred.
