What you would do
- Register patients and maintain accurate profiles and prescription histories
- Assist in preparing, labelling, packaging, and shipping medications under pharmacist supervision
- Respond to doctor and patient inquiries, escalating clinical questions to pharmacists
- Manage pharmacy inventory and coordinate medication orders with suppliers
- Ensure accurate documentation and uphold data integrity across systems
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
Must have
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
- High accuracy in medication handling, labelling, and data entry
- Clear, professional, fluent English written and verbal
- Able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with pharmacy software and digital tools
- Committed to following health and safety protocols
Nice to have
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software
