What you would do
- Provide direct nursing care to students with acute and chronic health needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document student health status and nursing services
- Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and emergencies
- Assist with implementing Individualized Healthcare Plans and 504 Plans
- Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers
Must have
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI Clearance
- Education documentation - diploma or official transcripts
- Valid PA License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Professional liability insurance with $1-3 million coverage
