Per Diem Registered Nurse

What this role involves

This per diem RN role supports a Community Crisis Stabilization unit, providing care to adults in a voluntary, short-stay (3-5 days) residential setting as an alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. The nurse monitors medication self-administration, addresses physical medical issues, and facilitates health and wellness groups. Shifts are picked up to cover staffing gaps such as vacations, leaves, or last-minute callouts.
