What you would do

Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
- Ability to facilitate group activities with adolescents in behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally
- CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Must pass federal background check
Nice to have
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
- Experience in psychiatric hospital or residential treatment center
- Experience working with adolescents
- Training in trauma-informed care, CPI, or de-escalation
