What you would do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to the Board
- Manage annual independent audit with external CPA firm
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Oversee treasury, credit, tax, payroll, and risk management
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting and financial management experience
- 2+ years of progressively responsible management experience
- Experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and performance metrics experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial standards, and operational best practices
- Experience with system-wide operational analysis, systems evaluation, implementation, and integration
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or MPA) or CPA designation
- Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or mission-driven environments
