What you would do
- Oversee month-end close process for accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements per GAAP
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiencies
- Drive efficiency and process improvement for accounting functions
- Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement strong internal control systems
Must have
- 5+ years accounting or finance leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience leading month-end close procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel when needed
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location organization
- CPA certification
