What you would do
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports
- Own the systems roadmap across financial applications
- Drive implementations, enhancements, and maintenance across platforms
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and IT to translate needs into solutions
- Manage priorities, trade-offs, and risks across multi-project environment
- Maintain transparent intake and prioritization process
Must have
- 8+ years experience in financial systems
- 3+ years leading a team or function
- Track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience administering financial systems
- Manage configurations, integrations, and platform health
- Ability to manage service delivery across competing priorities
- Experience leading people through ambiguity
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Finance, Engineering, IT

- Experience designing or automating financial workflows
- Background managing external vendors or implementation consultants
