What you would do
- Manage enterprise IT portfolio alignment with business priorities and strategy.
- Lead portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and roadmap development.
- Evaluate initiatives and recommend portfolio adjustments based on priorities and risks.
- Manage demand intake, initiative evaluation, and portfolio prioritization processes.
- Facilitate portfolio governance forums and support executive decision-making.
- Partner with leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, business cases, and value measures.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
- 12 years relevant experience with Bachelor's, or 8 years with Master's.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
- Seven years in IT portfolio, program, or project management.
- Experience managing IT portfolios and investment planning processes.
- Experience supporting executive decision-making and technology investment management.
- Experience developing portfolio reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Knowledge of portfolio governance, demand management, and risk management.
Nice to have
- PMI certifications like PMP, PfMP, or PgMP.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
- Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience using ServiceNow.
