About Pivot Bio
Pivot Bio develops fertilizer technology using naturally-occurring microbes and gene editing to provide nitrogen to crops, aiming to improve yields for farmers.
What you would do
- Analyze manufacturing performance and key cost metrics
- Understand costing data across labor, materials, overhead, and standard costing
- Participate in month-end close including inventory reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries for inventory and COGS adjustments
- Reconcile inventory and cost accounting balance sheets
- Support SOX control activities for cost accounting
Must have
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience in cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of supply chain, receiving, inventory flow, and valuation
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with NetSuite
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- CMA or CPA certification
- Experience working for a public company
- Experience in agricultural environment
