What you would do
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate nursing care for patients
- Correlate nursing process with medical plan of care and policies
- Maintain patient confidentiality per professional ethics
- Follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Provide age-specific patient care using the nursing process
Must have
- Graduate of approved school of nursing
- Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
Nice to have
- Diploma in nursing
- Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment
Experience and education
