What you would do
- Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process accounts payable including employee expense reimbursements
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll accurately and timely
- Review and verify employee timecards, overtime, leave balances, and adjustments
Must have
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with payroll and accounting software like Paylocity or QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience supporting HR or benefits administration
