What you would do
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740
- Review reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts
- Coordinate preparation of federal, state, and international tax returns
- Support review of tax return workpapers for financial reporting alignment
- Review state apportionment calculations and filings
- Calculate quarterly and federal estimated tax payments
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant tax experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate tax principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to research tax laws and apply judgment
Nice to have
- CPA certification
- Experience with ASC 740 tax provision processes
- General understanding of international tax concepts
- Project and program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
