What you would do
- Assist with monthly accounting close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries per policies
- Reconcile firm cash accounts monthly
- Support financial and management reporting packages
- Maintain audit and regulatory support schedules
- Calculate and process client management fees
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
- 1-3 years of corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Experience in investment management, asset management, financial services, banking, or public accounting
- Experience with AI, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
