What you would do
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities on varying schedules
- Review, validate, and balance payroll to labor for alignment
- Manually research and resolve system and workbook variances
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Audit payroll data for accuracy including earnings and deductions
- Partner with timekeeping systems for labor distribution and reporting
Must have
- US Citizenship required
- 5+ years hands-on payroll experience with multi-state processing
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and multi-state tax regulations
- Experience managing or supporting timekeeping systems
- Recent hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with GovCon timekeeping systems like Unanet
- Ability to manage payroll cycles independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to absorb new workflows and maintain personal documentation
- Manage multiple priorities and meet rigid deadlines
