What you would do
- Execute corporate PR strategy including executive visibility and media engagement
- Draft press releases, media statements, and executive quotes
- Develop strategies for earned media and speaking opportunities
- Advise stakeholders on communication strategy and positioning
- Coordinate messaging across finance, investor relations, legal, and marketing teams
- Manage day-to-day coordination with PR agencies
Must have
- 15+ years in corporate communications and public relations
- Focus on corporate and financial communications
- B2B and public company experience
- Experience supporting high-growth tech companies through funding or pre-IPO
- Turning complex financial strategy into clear messaging
- Media relations experience with business and financial journalists
- Experience in both in-house and PR agency environments
- Familiarity with M&A communications
- Strong crisis communications and issues management experience
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners and agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
