What you would do
- Monitor market conditions and recommend strategy changes to the Investment Committee
- Communicate approved changes to trading and client advisor teams
- Provide capital market insights for timely portfolio incorporation
- Mentor junior investment team members
- Manage relationships with third-party SMA providers
- Collaborate with CIO to capture best ideas for global equity platform
Must have
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years public market investment experience at RIA, asset manager, or sell-side analyst
- Strong client service orientation with grasp of high net worth client issues
- Sound investment judgment and risk management
- Strong knowledge of capital markets
- Strong analytical track record, both qualitative and quantitative
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills including presentations
- Ability to identify and describe key risk exposures and portfolio characteristics
- Results-oriented with comfort in collaborative team environment
- Highest level of commitment to ethics and professionalism
- Humble and kind
- Ability to travel periodically

- CFA, CAIA, or similar credential
