Senior Associate, Investment Accounting

What this role involves

The Senior Associate of Investment Accounting at Fortitude Re is responsible for compiling monthly and quarterly investment data, including analysis of net investment income, realized gains/losses, and investment balances. The role involves recording activity into the general ledger, performing reconciliations, supporting audits, and assisting with onboarding new investment portfolios. The position reports to the VP of Derivative Accounting and requires expertise in GAAP and STAT accounting, as well as familiarity with various asset classes and internal controls.
