What you would do
- Oversee and support weekly payroll processing for multiple locations
- Ensure accurate and timely allocation of tip sheets
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for accuracy
- Process payroll adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate weekly payroll records for employees
- Coordinate with Managed Payroll team for manual checks
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in processing payroll
- Ability to work efficiently and precisely with numbers
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of payroll process and tax regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-state US payroll and Canada Ontario
- Experience with restaurant and retail payroll including tips
- Experience with Dayforce Payroll system
- Bachelor's Degree
