What you would do

  • Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Analyze target company financials for quality of earnings and assets
  • Assess working capital, indebtedness, cash flow, and transaction metrics
  • Identify operating trends, accounting issues, and financial risks
  • Prepare financial analyses, workpapers, reports, and presentations
  • Collaborate with engagement teams, clients, and third-party advisors

Must have

  • 3-5 years in transaction advisory, due diligence, or audit
  • Experience supporting financial due diligence or audit engagements
  • Experience with transaction-related advisory services

Nice to have

  • Buy-side and sell-side due diligence experience
  • Quality of earnings, working capital, and debt analysis experience
  • U.S. GAAP application through audit or advisory projects
  • Client-ready financial analyses and diligence report preparation
  • Advanced Excel skills including modeling and Power Query
  • Big 4 or national accounting firm experience
  • Managing multiple workstreams in transaction environment
  • CPA license or active progress toward certification
