The role

Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting and SEC Reporting to lead preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q), manage stock-based compensation accounting, and support SOX compliance. The role is based in Boston with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) and requires 8+ years of experience with a BS/MS in Accounting. Preferred qualifications include an active CPA license and experience with Workiva, NetSuite, Prendio, and Bill.com.
