Vice President, Equity Investments

What this role involves

The Vice President, Equity Investments will lead multifamily acquisitions in the Southeast/Midwest regions, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing of core, core plus, and value-add properties, as well as debt and equity joint ventures. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of commercial real estate experience, with at least 5 years as a senior acquisitions professional in multifamily, and 5 years managing staff. The position involves mentoring junior staff, negotiating legal documents, and presenting to the Investment Committee.
