About Behavior Frontiers

Behavior Frontiers provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to help children with autism and other special needs. They use ABA methods to teach social, communication, play, cognitive, and self-care skills.

What you would do

  • Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately
  • Verify invoices are approved by purchasing team
  • Communicate with vendors about invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Record and maintain W-9 forms for 1099 vendors
  • Reconcile company credit cards bi-monthly

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitive to deadlines and detail oriented
  • Skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to learn quickly
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results
  • Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting

Nice to have

  • Preferred major in Accounting
  • 1 to 3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
  • Familiarity with Sage is a plus
  • Handle multiple projects and complete tasks timely
