What you would do

  • Serve as primary NetSuite AP user managing vendor records and payment runs
  • Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Lead NetSuite configuration improvements and system upgrades
  • Partner with accounting for accurate GL coding and reconciliation
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc AP reporting packages
  • Champion AI and intelligent automation tools for AP processes

Must have

  • 6+ years progressive accounts payable experience
  • At least 2 years in senior or lead capacity
  • Hands-on NetSuite expertise including bill entry and reporting
  • Direct experience with SOX compliance in AP environment
  • Experience implementing or managing AP automation tools
  • Strong project management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel or Sheets
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or AP certification like IOFM
  • Experience at high-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with Coupa or other P2P platforms integrated with NetSuite
  • Experience with AI-powered AP platforms or RPA tools
  • Working knowledge of multi-entity AP environments
