Director, Strategic Finance

What this role involves

The Head of Strategic Finance will act as the primary finance partner to Otter, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management. They will work closely with business leaders and the CFO to translate data into actionable insights, lead budgeting and long-range planning, and evaluate initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure. The role requires 10+ years of total experience, a STEM or analytical bachelor's degree, and is based onsite in San Francisco.
