What you would do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Define project charters, plans, milestones, and track deliverables to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and security teams for alignment.
  • Establish project management frameworks, playbooks, and process improvements.
  • Drive risk management, dependency tracking, and executive governance.
  • Maintain data integrity in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Must have

  • 10+ years of hands-on technical project and program management experience.
  • Experience in cloud operations, networking, infrastructure, or data center operations.
  • Experience with new cloud builds or data center migration initiatives.
  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
  • Hands-on project management with internal infrastructure and engineering teams.
  • Experience driving internal cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • PMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification.
  • Experience leading multi-phase data center migrations.
  • Experience building new cloud infrastructure or hardware refresh programs.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, or federal compliance standards.
