What you would do

  • Partner with business leaders to map workflows and identify AI opportunities
  • Shape roadmaps and advise on technical feasibility, cost, and risk
  • Design and ship secure production-grade AI solutions
  • Integrate AI solutions with core systems of record
  • Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks for AI deployments
  • Implement least-privilege access controls for AI systems

Must have

  • 6+ years professional software engineering experience
  • At least 3 years working on AI/ML projects
  • Experience with retrieval methods and agentic orchestration
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration
  • Experience with agent-to-agent (A2A) frameworks
  • Proven collaboration with business stakeholders on discovery
  • Ability to translate ambiguous needs into actionable plans
  • Experience securing AI systems with least-privilege access
  • Defending against prompt injection and data leakage
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience deploying AI at scale on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise systems

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with memory management for AI agents
  • Experience with long-term context architectures
  • Direct experience with graph-based knowledge systems
  • Experience building automated evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with LLM-as-judge methodologies
  • Experience with regression testing at-scale for AI quality
