What you would do

  • Refine detection rules to reduce noise and close coverage gaps
  • Conduct endpoint and user activity investigations using EDR/XDR, UEBA, SIEM
  • Manage cases end-to-end to create factual timelines
  • Develop and iterate insider risk investigation playbooks
  • Serve as key contact for HR, Legal, and business leaders on investigations
  • Prepare clear evidentiary case documentation

Must have

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
  • Experience leveraging or securing AI-driven solutions
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum 6+ years in insider risk, data protection, fraud, or security ops
  • Proven track record in senior investigative roles
  • Experience designing detection frameworks and playbooks
  • Experience managing alerts within a SIEM or SOAR
  • Strong communication with HR, Legal, and business leaders
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
  • Experience applying automation to investigative workflows

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler's product portfolio
  • Experience with CyberRisk Protection, Data Protection, Zero Trust Networking
  • Experience working with product development teams on security use cases
  • Relevant certifications like GCFA or GCFE
  • Familiarity with CERT, NIST, NSA frameworks
