About Zoox
Zoox is building a fleet of purpose-built robotaxis from the ground up, developing the sensors, compute, and electronics that enable autonomous driving.
What you would do
- Translate company strategy and vehicle milestones into an end-to-end program plan
- Lead the PCU program from architecture and design through validation, integration, and production
- Align cross-functional teams on shared objectives and establish clear accountability
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution when unexpected issues arise
- Bring executive attention to the right topics at the right time
- Lead through influence and build trust across the organization
Must have
- Deep experience leading complex technical programs end-to-end
- Experience with hardware development from architecture through production
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
- Ability to translate strategy into detailed program plans
- Experience coordinating hardware, firmware, and software teams
- Track record of delivering mission-critical programs on schedule
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with root-cause analysis and problem resolution
- Ability to manage programs involving safety and quality requirements
- Experience with supply chain and manufacturing integration
