What you would do
- Design systems converting bug reports into clarified plans with approval gates
- Build conversational Slack intake that routes requests and creates Jira tickets
- Normalize demand sources like help desk and Salesforce preserving context
- Create tooling for repository discovery, plan execution, and automated testing
- Contribute to automated pull request review for correctness and policy
- Build platform behaviors for permissions, auditability, and cost controls
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS
- Experience designing and troubleshooting distributed systems
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Familiarity integrating third-party APIs like Jira and Slack
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience building LLM-based or agentic systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with internal developer productivity platforms
- Experience with Node.js or Java for backend development
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration like Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability practices
