What you would do
- Own and prioritize the FP&A roadmap in Microsoft Fabric
- Provide operational support for Fabric-based FP&A data products
- Partner with finance stakeholders to define outcomes and requirements
- Lead design for financial data products and Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineering on Fabric architecture and governance
- Manage integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and billing systems
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years in product management or finance systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Experience supporting FP&A or finance processes
- Understanding of FP&A processes like budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to convert business needs into product requirements
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of data modeling and governance
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with specific Microsoft Fabric components
- Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
- Experience with SaaS planning metrics like ARR
- Familiarity with financial controls and SOX processes
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Power Query
- Experience with enterprise planning tools like Anaplan
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft or finance
