What you would do
- Maintain Linux and Windows servers and workstations
- Adopt new technologies to meet evolving company requirements
- Provide onsite IT support and escalate from desktop support team
- Coordinate with information assurance team for compliance
- Maintain robust virtual and physical environments
- Manage privileged access management
Must have
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years system administrator experience
- Minimum 2 years administering Linux operating systems
- Strong capability administering Ubuntu servers and workstations
- Expertise or certification in AWS cloud environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with vendors, customers, and management
- Manage multiple networks in dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Risk Management Framework for Linux and Windows
Nice to have
- Experience maintaining networks in DOD contractor environments
- Experience maintaining Linux environments
- Experience supporting developer ops environments
- Experience administering AWS instances
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python
