What you would do

  • Design and build backend services and APIs for identity resolution
  • Optimize event-driven pipelines processing billions of signals
  • Deploy and operate cloud-native services on EKS/Kubernetes using Helm
  • Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability across services and data pipelines
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver identity solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers

Must have

  • 5+ years backend or data engineering experience at enterprise scale
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
  • Expertise in API design and distributed systems
  • Experience with Kafka and streaming frameworks like Spark, Hive, or Flink
  • Experience with schedulers like Airflow or Luigi
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS cloud deployment
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex data modeling
  • Experience with high-throughput NoSQL or columnar databases like Aerospike, Snowflake, or Scylla

Nice to have

  • Experience designing multi-tenant distributed systems
  • Experience with real-time streaming frameworks like Flink or Storm
  • Knowledge of open table formats like Iceberg, Hudi, or Delta Lake
  • Knowledge of security and privacy frameworks
