What this role involves
Zello is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of their data tier (MySQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) and contribute to platform observability, on-call, and cloud modernization. The role involves designing highly available database clusters, tuning performance, and extending observability with Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo. The engineer will join the Platform team and report to the Director of Platform Engineering.
