What you would do
- Own end-to-end network bring-up for GPU AI clusters during customer PoCs.
- Lead switching ASIC pipeline tuning and platform readiness.
- Optimize fabric performance for Ethernet/RoCEv2 and/or InfiniBand.
- Turn requirements into reproducible configurations meeting utilization and tail-latency targets.
- Debug software and develop automation for networking platforms.
- Validate networking platforms and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Must have
- 12+ years of experience in technical support or networking engineering.
- Passionate about building reliable networking switches.
- Experience with switching ASIC pipeline tuning.
- Experience with Ethernet/RoCEv2 and/or InfiniBand fabric performance.
- Ability to debug software and develop automation.
- Experience validating networking platforms and troubleshooting complex system issues.
