What you would do
- Own security assessment and risk management for AI and LLM systems.
- Define and implement security controls for AI systems.
- Partner with AI Enablement team to embed security in AI feature development.
- Build and maintain tooling for AI-specific security monitoring.
- Develop AI security standards and training resources for engineering teams.
- Stay at the leading edge of AI security research.
Must have
- 8+ years of security engineering experience.
- 2-3 years focused on AI/ML security or LLM security.
- Deep understanding of AI security threat landscape.
- Strong security engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with MCP architecture and LLM orchestration.
- Track record of operating at Staff+ IC scope.
- Excellent communication skills.
