What you would do
- Lead end-to-end feature development with frontend and backend components
- Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by 30-40%
- Own testing lifecycle with AI-assisted automated unit, integration, and E2E tests
- Partner with Product Definers to rapidly build and iterate on MVPs
- Collaborate on architectural designs for modular, scalable, cost-aware systems
Must have
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record owning complex production systems end-to-end
- Full-stack proficiency in Python, React, and cloud environments like AWS or Azure
- Professional experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI
- Strong systems thinking for modular architecture design
- Deep understanding of automated testing, continuous delivery, and responsible AI practices
Nice to have
- Previous entrepreneurial or founder experience in technical environment
- Active contribution to side projects or open-source AI communities
- Advanced knowledge of asynchronous-first collaborative environments and high-velocity development
