What you would do

  • Lead end-to-end feature development with frontend and backend components
  • Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by 30-40%
  • Own testing lifecycle with AI-assisted automated unit, integration, and E2E tests
  • Partner with Product Definers to rapidly build and iterate on MVPs
  • Collaborate on architectural designs for modular, scalable, cost-aware systems

Must have

  • 3+ years professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record owning complex production systems end-to-end
  • Full-stack proficiency in Python, React, and cloud environments like AWS or Azure
  • Professional experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI
  • Strong systems thinking for modular architecture design
  • Deep understanding of automated testing, continuous delivery, and responsible AI practices

Nice to have

  • Previous entrepreneurial or founder experience in technical environment
  • Active contribution to side projects or open-source AI communities
  • Advanced knowledge of asynchronous-first collaborative environments and high-velocity development
