What you would do

  • Design and deliver production-grade harness capabilities for generative AI and AWS applications
  • Drive architecture and system design for agentic components across multiple teams
  • Help teams align to enterprise standards in source code management, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering principles
  • Advance test automation and raise quality bar on harness and systems
  • Apply systems thinking to resolve cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks
  • Mentor engineers and contribute reusable capabilities

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent
  • 6 additional years of software engineering experience

Nice to have

  • 4+ years hands-on software development with production AI solutions at scale
  • Proficiency in Python and additional languages like TypeScript for AI integrations
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and evaluating generative AI applications
  • Experience with agentic coding tools and informed perspective on their use
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/CDK, CI/CD tools
  • Experience designing large, distributed, production-grade applications with secure-by-design practices
  • SME-level depth in multiple technical disciplines
  • Strong communication skills to lead technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders
