What you would do

  • Own end-to-end model development and deployment
  • Lead machine learning system designs and set engineering standards
  • Mentor other engineers and conduct code reviews
  • Define data sourcing and labeling strategy for technical domain
  • Create data labeling guides and support labeling efforts
  • Streamline work and identify cross-team dependencies

Must have

  • 8+ years background in machine learning or AI
  • 3+ years building production-scale computer vision or NLP systems
  • PhD or master's in quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
  • Work with ambiguity and shifting requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for machine learning and collaborative environment
  • Empathy for team and advocacy for users
  • Balance vision and technical constraints
  • Identify opportunities and translate into scalable solutions
  • Communicate clearly, efficiently, and thoughtfully
