What you would do

Develop custom Salesforce apps, components, and integrations using Apex and LWC.
Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements.
Incorporate feedback as user stories and tasks in the product backlog.
Decompose complex capabilities into testable user stories and tasks.
Present and address technical queries in sprint review demos.
Identify potential risks and support mitigation strategies.

Must have

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Salesforce or software development experience.
Associate's degree plus 5 years of Salesforce or software development experience.
High school diploma plus 7 years of Salesforce or software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
Ability to meet federal government background and eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

Additional Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or Administrator.
Experience supporting federal government agencies or consulting environments.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git workflows.
Familiarity with Salesforce security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements.
Strong critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
