What you would do
- Document and organize client feedback and feature requests
- Create clear, detailed product specifications
- Partner with engineering teams to shepherd features from conception to launch
- Conduct QA testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify product improvements through customer calls and analytics
- Lead client communications via Slack and other async channels
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Linear, Notion, or Jira
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
- Previous experience in client strategy or customer success roles at a high-growth company
