Senior QA Engineer, Safety

What this role involves

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be the first dedicated QA hire for the Safety Engineering Group at Roblox. You will own end-to-end test strategies for high-stakes, 24/7 incident response systems and parent-facing safety features. You will partner with Engineering and Product to define comprehensive test coverage, leverage automation frameworks, and apply AI/LLM-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
