The role
Real Chemistry is hiring a Product Designer to own the design and user experience of an enterprise platform for omnichannel healthcare marketing. The role involves working with product management, engineering, and data science to design intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, including AI features. The position reports to the VP of Product and offers significant ownership in a small team.

What you would do
- Own product design and user experience from exploration to shipped interface
- Maintain and evolve the design system as the platform grows
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to establish design-to-engineering workflows
- Set high design quality standards across the platform
- Design AI features and how users understand and interact with them
- Partner with product management and engineering on problem definition and scope
Must have
- 4+ years designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces
- Portfolio showing component libraries, data display, and navigation patterns
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces that simplify complex tasks
- Technical fluency with front-end concepts and design-to-code workflows
- Experience designing AI and LLM-driven features
- Skill at breaking large ambiguous problems into shippable pieces
- Expertise in inclusive design and exceeding accessibility standards
- Ability to communicate design rationale and drive buy-in

- Martech, adtech, orchestration tooling, or healthcare experience
