What you would do
- Set time-bound, measurable goals and strategy for the Pura app
- Own onboarding and activation experience for new device owners
- Manage device management features like scheduling and fragrance control
- Drive retention and lifetime value through engagement and subscription loops
- Define success metrics and run disciplined experiments
- Build alignment across design, engineering, data, and leadership
Must have
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years driving direct-to-consumer mobile app improvements
- Experience shipping apps for connected or IoT hardware
- Proven ownership of subscription or recurring-revenue products
- Hands-on experimentation and A/B testing skills
- Funnel analysis and product analytics tool fluency
- Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influence
- Deep understanding of native mobile ecosystems on iOS and Android
- Experience with onboarding UX and lifecycle/CRM engagement
- Knowledge of app release, ratings, and performance considerations
Nice to have
- Experience on a growth team
- 0-to-1 or major re-platform experience
- Background in CPG, fragrance, or premium/lifestyle consumer brands
- Awareness of omnichannel and retail dynamics
- Experience with personalization or recommendation systems
