OpenAI is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Identity team, responsible for defining metrics, designing experiments, and analyzing the user identity journey. The role requires partnering with product and engineering teams to optimize growth while maintaining trust and security. This is the first dedicated data science role for the Identity organization, based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model.
